Account Deletion Request

Sad to see you go. Here's exactly how to delete your Review RMG account and everything tied to it.

Effective January 01, 2025

If you've created an account within the Review RMG app and wish to request deletion of your account and any associated data, follow the steps below.

01 How to Request Account Deletion

To request account deletion, please send an email to delete@reviewrmg.app with the following details so we can process your request quickly:

  • Your registered email address (if applicable)
  • Your username (if applicable)
  • A clear request to delete your account

02 What Happens Next

Once we receive your request, we'll verify your identity (if necessary) and process the deletion within 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

03 Important Notes

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • All associated data will be removed from our servers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Active subscriptions purchased through Google Play should be cancelled separately from your Google account.
